How can I become a member?
To become a member, applicants must:
a) Be a Chinese descendant, aged 50 or older, residing in Howard County and willing to support and abide by the association’s mission;
b) Register at a Howard County 50+ Center;
c) Voluntarily complete a CASA membership application form.

How do I register at a 50+ Center?
If you are a Howard County resident aged 50 or older, you can register at any 50+ Center. The process is simple:
- Visit any Howard County 50+ Center and complete a short registration form at the front desk.
- Have your photo taken.
- Receive your senior membership card immediately, or choose to use an electronic version instead.

Do I need to pay for meals at the 50+ Center?
In general, residents aged 60 and over receive lunch free of charge, but voluntary and confidential donations are encouraged. Those under age 60 must pay the full cost of meals.

How do I register for lunch?
Centers typically release the next month’s lunch schedule during the last week of the current month. To reserve your lunch, you must sign up in person at the front desk of the center.

有的， 可以乘RTA 503. RTA (Regional Transportation Agency of Central Maryland) 是公共交通, 60+ 的老年人可以免费乘车.

Is there public transportation to North Laurel Center?
Yes. You can take the RTA 503 (Regional Transportation Agency of Central Maryland). Seniors aged 60 and over can ride for free with an RTA senior pass.
